For non-US citizens who are nonimmigrants (an F-1 visa holder), you will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with an approved vaccine before you travel by air to the US from a foreign country. All air passengers, regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative viral COVID-19 test taken no more than one day before travel to the United States.
